Shipment Processing Times

  1. All Orders are processed within 3 or 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  2. We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at contact@thebomwomstore.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  1. Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email/ Message/s once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1 hour.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  1. The BomWom Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Terms of Return

  1. If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from My Order section in App/ website within ___ 7 days of delivery to request return or replacementof the product. The following are a pre-condition for effecting return / replacement of the product/s:
  1. Only product/s which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and are eligible for return / replacementonly can be returned/ replaced.
  2. If it is determined that the product/s was were not damaged while in your possession;
  3. If it is determined that the product/s are is not different from what was shipped to you;

b. In the event of a return/replacement in the manner aforesaid, the product/s is are to be returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

c. Product/s which you received in "Damaged/Defective” condition. All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels.

d. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product/s. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

e. Once we receive the product/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product/s. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product/s. If your return/replacement request is approved and in compliance of the requirements of the present policy, we will initiate a refund/replacement.

f. In case of an approved refund, for prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account and/or credit and/or debit card where the payment was made from. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank’s/card issuer’s policies. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details and/or UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

g. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page and/or the Site cannot be returned.

Terms of Cancellation

  1. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order through My Order section or by writing to us at contact@thebomwomstore.com Shree Jam Hosiery Works Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
  2. In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account and/or credit and/or debit card where the payment was made from. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank’s/card issuer’s policies. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details and/or UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
